I was offered this position as soon as I completed CAMS and received my Exhorter's license within the Church of God. I maintained this position through MIP. Pastor Bryan Morgan has taught me a lot about leadership in the church aspect. Coordinating events, developing outreach ministries (I started a nursing home ministry in April of this year), he allowed many opportunities to preach, lead Sunday school in all age groups, and he taught me the importance of checking in on members, and during MIP he made sure i knew every part of the church including the finances.

Working as an assistant deli manager I have learned valuable lessons in leadership. Dealing with conflict, using a Christlike attitude to handle different situations, and working as a team to get the job done effectively.
