- Tracked pending credits at zero using Excel program
- Coordinated distribution of parts to the technician when needed
- Post and scanned invoices on company application to ensure invoices were correctly matched to the according part
- Rectified open orders and backorders
- Picked up parts from vendors if needed
- Label and organized parts in the parts room and kept room clean and organized.
