In my own words, I can describe myself as a shy individual who has a passion a fond in cooking and a passion for baking/ pastry work. With my eager need to be hands-on to learn more about this industry. I am an individual who is willing to have an open mind to learn and observe everything information I can get. I am a great listener who follows directions and has a positive attitude when coming across failure and constructive criticism.
Started at the Grill/Pantry station where I was in charge of grilling all proteins, serving all salads, and a minority of the appetizers. worked my way up to griddle where I was in charge of making most breakfast items ranging from, pancakes, french toast, etc. Lastly, I trained in an egg station where all eggs, pasta, fried items, and appetizers were made.
