As a production lead I am responsible for managing the work flow of the production team, ensuring everything is up to safety standards, improving production efficiency while keeping a high standard of safety and quality.

During my time in the US Army I worked in infantry engaging in direct combat. Core values and things that I learned and abide by are respect, integrity, honesty, and punctuality.

As a quality assurance technician I was responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards with testing, inspection and evaluation throughout the production day. Quality assurance technicians work closely with production and production management.
