-5 storage podium apartment complex including 3 story garage sub floor parking

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints

- Proficient in heavy machinery

- Oversaw all rebar and PT cable installation per plan

- Organizing and scheduling pre-pour installation of all trades

- On site management during concrete pours

-MEP scheduling during framing

- Oversight and management shipments of site material to the effect of windows, exterior doors, appliances, and lighting fixtures

• Experienced in reading plans pertaining to custom cabinetry, powder room vanities, as well as media center specifications and locations for lighting locations per unit/room.
• Pre-slab conduit lay out following detailed plans per specifications.
• Coordinate with other trades such as electrical, plumbing, hvac, and framers for seamless execution of plans. As well as have plans on hand in case of future change orders during construction process
• Consists of coordinating and wiring residential homes typically, multiple homes daily, which includes networking, security, and data transfers to devices.
• Installation and programming of devices to home networking system. As well as working on retro homes laying out new low voltage runs.
• Using range of hand tools for termination, toning, and testing. As well as power tools such as impact drill, hammer drill, multi-tool, sawzaw, and jigsaw.
• Trench and lay Schedule 40 and conduit prior to slab pour for connecting separate building networks

• Installation of burglary, fire, and CCTV systems in homes ranging from 2,000 square to large scale office centers
• Educating customers through system processes and capabilities
• Wiring hard wire sensors throughout completed homes as well as programming with Safe Watch and DLC motherboards

• Consists of coordinating and wiring residential homes typically, multiple homes daily, which includes networking, security, and data transfers to devices.
• Installation and programming of devices to home networking system. As well as working on retro homes laying out new low voltage runs.
• Coordinate with trades to fulfill project plans in the case of unseen difficulties.
