1. Utilizing photolithography to develop new manufacturing technology for the GaOx and SnO MOSFET.
2. Developing MOSFET annealing in an ammonia atmosphere to improve electrical properties.
3. Learning and designing new combinations of photoresistors and masks to increase the quality of printed patterns.
1. ECG circuit design.
We designed a circuit system to measure the tiny signal in the human body. A 2-stage instrument amplifier has a 40 dB differential gain and a CMRR of over 85 dB. We used the capacitor pairs as feedback loads to decrease the power consumption under 4 µW. My contribution is to building the model of the human body, testing, and optimizing the transistor size and capacitor ratio.
2. Switched power supplement circuit design.
We designed a power supplement circuit with a 2-stage switched transistor system. My work involves MATLAB modeling the relationships between the chip area, frequency, and power efficiency.
Build the start-up system to test the spray machine system, and create a new test bench for humidity testing.
I took charge of testing, error checking, and correcting electronic devices and equipment of the drive model, mainly calculating the response time and stability.
I am skillful in building relationships between the various physical parameters and transistor electrical performances, mastering modelling software such as MATLAB and COMSOL
I know the processes of semiconductors and have rich experience with deposition machines (PLD and sputter), lithography, and annealing
Familiar with the usage of welding circuits, oscilloscopes, and signal sources I can also design testing circuits and basic logic circuits with Cadence
