This is my first Hongkong style dim sum restaurant. During running this restaurant, I learned how to order supplying and how to increase and keep customers. We learned about different part /kinds of beef or pork, and we learned what might be the best way to cook in Chinese style. Business stopped because epidemic.
I have worked for several restaurants in California and Washington from 2012 to 2019. I am always one of the best servers in the restaurant because I work quickly and have better customer service. Some of the customers even remember me in the new place after few years.
Discussing our product with customers will let them comprehend the meal easily, they will feel more comfortable when they spend time in our restaurant. We can get the feedback from the customers at once and remedy quickly.
