Started working in the industry when i was 19. I started as a box maker and move up in positions in a few years. Eventually, I moved to the control room and was taking under the guidance of Jay L. Who was the lead evaporation guy. He trained me to work on Turbines pumps welding and everything associated with the evaporators. Also learning how to operate the plant in the control room, which controlled the majority of the operations of the facility. Understanding the whole picture. In the control room I had to deal with making adjustments to keep the quality of the product in spec according to QC. In 2017, I moved to the Canning department. I learned to work on the seamers and different equipment. My past experience of the Department to keep us constant flow of product to maximize line efficiencies. I am self motivated And have an interest of knowing how everything works, putting in the time to learn whatever system i work on.
