Experienced and dedicated Jouneyman Pipefitter / Pipe Foreman with a proven track record. Excelling in worksite safety and team collaboration. I significantly contributed to the success of the projects I have worked for. Demonstrated strong problem solving abilities and a commitment to excellence in all tasks undertaken.
From the very start of the project we faced a heavy workload of underground piping. We worked as a team, engineered and fabricated all temp water system for the project. Set up all the CMT and restroom trailers Drain Lines that ran to the septic tanks, we also installed pumps that pushed all waste to the water fleet stations. Worked on all train 1 permanent HDPE piping. Set up the trenches using the GPS, mapped out our lines. Fabricated/Fused all HDPE piping according to the isometric drawings, with the 4-12, 6-18 and T500 poly fusion machines. Rigged the pipe into the trenches, completed hydros, backfilled. Took alot of work to get to where we are today. Thanks to our great team, from supervision down to the helpers we all contributed and made things happen. I've had a great time working here, and hopefully continue to learn and grow with Bechtel.
My time at the CCP Polymers project in Corpus Christi definitely sharpened my skills and changed my way of thinking to a whole other level. As a Pipe Foreman I was responsible for the well being / safety of my crew. Making sure I set them up for success and gave them everything they needed to complete each task in a safely and timely manner. Focused on doing things right the first time. Was assigned work packages and it was my responsibility to organize, plan, and orchestrate all work activities safely and efficiently to meet our deadlines. Worked along side all crafts , from concrete personnel to scaffold, riggers, crane operators, to ensure our goal was met. Reported all progress daily, turned in progress sheets, and welding reports at the end of every shift. Updated the packages percentage status weekly as requested.

Working on a two month turnaround with Ref-Chem I was installing pipe by bull rigging them into the rack. Pipe fabrication. Dias assembling of lines replacing them with new pipes.

While working at the Tesla Project I worked on sprinkler piping. I fabricated and installed pipe manifold stations. From fabricating branches from the header to supports I was in charge of. All piping systems I had to field map because there was no isometric drawings. From visually planning and taking hard measurements using lasers I was able to get the job done. Mapped out my work and turned it in.

During my time at the Exxon GCGV Project I worked on pipe/support Fabrication. Installing Valves. Fitting pipe. Bull rigging. Cutting pipe with torch using oxygen & acetylene. Making Mitered cuts. Underground piping as well.

While working for S&B in the Frac 2 project I was racking up a lot of pipe. Bull rigging, hanging chain falls, come a longs, sometimes getting the assistance of cranes, at times doing it manually from ground up to 80 ft elevations. Also assisted my crew in fabricating pipes, installing pipe supports, valves according to the specifications provided in the isometric drawings.

While with Fluor I read blueprints found pipe and placed it on coordinates, installed the hardware such as guides, supports, hangers, etc. fabricated all spools i needed that did not come from shop correctly as the iso drawings would specify. Bull rigged pipe into racks. Inspected all equipment prior to being used. Always maintained my work area clean. Never contaminate any special piping systems such as Stainless, EO service piping, Chrome pipes etc. Always showed took initiative to look for work that needed to be done.
Always kept myself busy and focused. In this project i took a big role of expediting for my General Foreman I was in charge of ordering all pipes and valves as well as all the supports needed to complete the NHB area of our job site. I also would update all his record books as well as doing the GF's Progress which would be turned over to the clients for charging.

During Bechtel I learned how to read the layouts, isometric drawings, fabricate piping according to the isometric standards. installed pivs and eoms on all the underground lines, bolt ups, cutting, grinding, beveling, placing pipes on coordinates specified by the drawings. Helped fitters and welders with any task they needed. Also conducted Housekeeping.,
My duties during my time in Fluor I was helping out the pipefitter's. Gathering material required to finish off a task, help out the welder run his leads, grinding l, cleaning, pipe prepping so the fitter could fit the pipe. Basically helping out in anyway I could for the fitters.
