- monitored activity of well bore for gain and losses and increase in flow. pressure increases/ decreases

- kept crew on task and prepared for any and all activities.

- ensured rig was properly maintained by crew members.

- kept all good relations with third party employees (roustabouts, directional company, casing crews, wire line crews) made sure all requirements and needs were met in a timely manner.

- made sure all tasks required by the company man were met in safe and timely manner.

- maintaining the of drilling fluid (drilling mud)

- maintain and upkeep of all fluid transferring in drilling pumps.

- inspection and maintenance of all derrick equipment (lights, shives, top drive, etc..)

- keep oil rig platform clean, flooring equipment maintained and all other requires pre job tasks.

- got tasks varied each day and having multiple titles on oil rig.

- (as motor hand) ensure proper maintenance from top drive to engines/ generators.

- (derrick hand) regular duties from pulling back pipe to checking all fluids.

- making sure a stand built and torqued and ready for the next connections.

- making sure all house keeping of the rig was maintained.

- all daily saftey paperwork (JSAs) were completed before the job was performed.
