Summary
I have been working at the Blanding RMF for about half a decade. I have showed my motivation and drive every day. I have exceeded every expectation of any job I have been given. I am continuously searching for new ways to improve processes & routines. Over the past 2 1/2 years of my employment with GFL, I have been working side by side with the RMM (Christopher Ewald), assisting him in various responsibilities. In addition to him, I have also been working/consulting with Quality Assurance Specialists, Records Specialists, Inventory Specialists, The Director of Maintenance, Part 145 CRS Management, and other leadership. I know our fleet extremely well, I know our processes extremely well, I've been a part of almost every aspect of this facility, and I am dedicated to ensuring that it keeps operating smoothly in any way I can help it.

- Monitored and audited Aircraft Status Reports and Due Lists.
- Assisted in developing inspection and testing protocols.
- Built and maintained Depot Workbooks to facilitate structure of major maintenance events.
- Participated in team meetings to discuss progress and results, providing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
- Inspected incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.

- Created FAA Form 337's, and managed all approvals and documentation needed for major R&A's.
