ICU nurse with almost three years of frontline experience in a fast-paced MICU where I've cared for an exceptionally diverse population of critically ill patients. I bring a calm, focused presence in high-stakes situations while balancing advanced technical skills with compassionate, individualized care. Collaborating closely with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary teams and team
members, I pride myself on being capable of caring for the sickest and most vulnerable patients while
supporting their families through the most difficult moments of their lives.
My experience has shaped me into a nurse who thrives on complexity and adapts quickly. In the ICU, working well with people means more than just teamwork. It's anticipating the needs of colleagues during a code or busy assignment, translating complex medical jargon into language that families can understand, finding common ground with patients who may not have a voice in their own care and much more.
