I consider myself to be a natural leader between 10 plus years of martial arts training and teaching and most recently my experience as a crew leader. I feel confident in this role due to my strong desire to achieve the greatest possible outcome through leadership and being a team member. As with all of my endeavors whether it be martial arts or tree work I constantly strive to improve my performance and that of those around me through personal research, feedback from other team members, and making creative suggestions to make the job safer and more effective. I would love the opportunity to expand my skillset and put to use what I believe to be my strongest gifts; leadership, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of tree work.
