I come to you in hopes of working for a company that cares for its employees. I got into the Maintenance field right out of high school, in hope to find a job I enjoy. However; the factory I have been working for, is truly under par for that. I haven't managed to leave the place for almost 9 years, because of how much knowledge I have of the operations of their machinery now. Having said that, I have officially decided it's time to leave this job security for a new outlook on life.
