Stick Welding; beams, columns, bar joist, in place where needed. As well as build up on valve internals when needed in order to fit specifics needed machinists.
Fabrication (in field) of beams, machine guards, door frames, braces, and various pieces of steel that may have been sent to site wrong. As well as complete fabrication and installation of machine motor gaurds, with torch, grinder, and welding machines available at hand.
Blueprint reading
Grating; cutting and installation by way of grating clips as well as tack welds depending site specifics.
Decking; cutting of decking to appropriate size to cover floor structure, installing toe plate where needed to contain concrete.
Industrial valve overhaul and replacement, depending whether valve given is faulty or simply needs checked.
Equipment operation - Telehandler/fork truck, manlift/book lift.
Connect steel beams and columns according to sequence sent. Working with my partner as well as crew bolting up simultaneously.
Catwalk and stairway (pre built) installation
Conveyor construction and repair. Replacing of rollers, adjusting of belt tension. As well as conveyor scale installation.
Rigging with appropriate equipment for the object or particular piece at hand.

Positioning with chainfall and come-a-long with as much precision as possible to set and construct machines, pumps, motors, and various components as drawing calls for.
