Throughout my recent career with Allstar Security, I wore many hats and had many roles. While starting part time initially, I quickly worked my way through promotions from Venue Supervisor of The Twelve Thirty Club, to Field Supervisor where I oversaw all guards, to Compliance Manager overseeing a portion of operations + guards compliance, and finally to Director where I was responsible for every detail of the Nashville Division. I was placed as Director with 3 clients present at the time. In 20 months I had developed a peak of 29 steady clients. An experience that was fast tracked by work quality and demand. I acquired skills in an ever evolving course of action within a chaotic industry that never stops. My experience in Executive Protection is an integral part of my time spent as well. The degree in which those jobs broadened my scope as a security specialist is immeasurable. Coordinating with powerful teams for crucial roles and designing parameters that must be impenetrable, those were key times that showed me the next level of operations that I felt led to.
