Hunter Monsen

I worked at the Salt Lake County sheriffs officer for approximately three and a half years and was assigned to booking and processing. I self sponsored my self through the law enforcement police academy at salt lake community college. I got hired on with the Unified Police Department and did the majority of my FTO in Midvale and Millcreek. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and experience in Midvale and Millcreek. I am currently assigned to the Kearns precinct as a police officer. I am looking for a more fast paced precinct who can utilize my skills and eagerness to learn. There are goals I want to accomplish within the Unified Police Department and being a good patrol officer is one of them. I feel that being in a fast paced precinct with a higher call volume will make me a more well rounded police officer.
