Junior at Abilene Christian with a passion for wildlife management. The summer following freshman year I got an internship at The MT7 Ranch in Breckinridge Texas where I got hands-on experience working with wildlife biologists. During my time at the ranch I was involved in many habitat management projects including prescribed burning, grubbing, and invasive species removal. The summer following my Internship at MT7 I got the opportunity to work as a Naturalist Intern for Harris County Precinct 3 where I did a project based on bird box usage at the park where I was stationed. This project gave me hands-on experience with data collection and analysis. Along with these two internships, I have worked with TPWD on multiple occasions doing spotlight surveys, burns, and Quail counts.
