  • Earned a promotion and relocated to our office in Abingdon, VA where I managed that location, and added on a satellite location in Richlands, VA
  • In three of the eight months managing Abingdon, this operation ranked #1, #4, and #13 in customer service within the state of VA (roughly 130 operations-excluding Northern, VA)
