Christopher hired me as help in 2022, then soon after went into a partnership with me. Mainly so I could run one crew, and he could be with another. He would get us contracts through this company called “The Barn Store,” located in Gallatin, TN. I would then get the contract from him, go to whatever location on it, inspect materials. I had to make sure everything that needed to be there, was actually there. I had to take note of any extra material. I had to make sure nothing had been damaged. Then once all that had been confirmed, I would get my crew together, and we would head to the job site and begin building the barn. I was pretty much the boss of the crew, but I always made sure to help them as if i wasn’t the boss. I never made anyone do anything I wouldn’t. Then once completed, I would collect the check from the home owner, give it to Christopher, who would then give to The Barn Store to split between us all.
