We would travel every weekend to various concerts and set up shop inside the venue and serve and cook food all day. I would cook and prepare the food at the beginning of the day. It was a variety of foods, including lobster rolls, crab rolls, and crab and lobster fries, among others. During the concert, I would run the cash register, interacting with customers, taking their orders, and helping them with whatever they needed. We typically work from 11 am to 11:30 pm from Thursday to Sunday.
