With 4.5 years of extensive laboratory experience, I have gained proficiency in a wide range of techniques including Western blots, Northern blots, Southern blots, titrations, gel electrophoresis, flow cytometry, ELISAs, and polymerase chain reactions (PCR). Additionally, I have successfully cultivated human and mammalian cell cultures. My familiarity with lab equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, pipettes, light microscopes, and spectrometers allows me to efficiently carry out experiments. Recognition on the Dean's list at my university reflects my dedication and commitment to excellence.
