  • Training new medical staff: Helping train new medical assistants, explaining dermatology-specific procedures and office protocols, ensuring they understand the important of accurate record keeping, patient confidentiality, and sterile technique.
  • Clinical support and procedure assistance - Supervising and assisting during common dermatology procedures like mole removals, biopsies, or minor surgeries.
