  • COVID-19 Pandemic Surge Plan responsible for the preamble of regular units for receiving COVID-19 regular and Critical patients.
  • Introduction of many evidence-based items that contribute in improving patient care and decreasing length of stay (ultrasound-guided PICC lines, CHG portfolio products, Gel Mattresses to prevent pressure ulcers, Close System for urine catheterization to prevent CAUTI, etc…).
  • Member in the Donation program responsible for setting up a system and policy for donating items that can still be used in other institutions inside or outside KSA. Working group of Disposable Committee.
  • COMMISSIONING AND EXPANSIONS
  • KFSHRC-Madinah hospital. (300 beds)
  • Complete commissioning of KACOLD, oncology, and liver transplant center. 300 beds.
  • Identify needs for medical, and non-medical equipment and supplies.
