• Prepared the overall project plan, with the cost and resource loaded project schedule to establish milestone, compliance measures and ensure project completion on time and within budget
• Directed day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope and monitor progress of construction activities
• Updated schedules on a regular and pre-determined basis with a minimum of bi-weekly updates depending on the project and submit to clients for review
• Coordinated and ensured submittal of project closeout documentation including shop drawings and as built drawings
