• Using work orders create control numbers for the final assembly kits and SMT kits • Perform general kitting • Pulling of kits from the pallet racking using scanner, • Scan the tag numbers and print and attach tad to the kit. • Restock kits from pallet racking to the cardex in the main warehouse, • Label the kits after finishing pulling the kits. • Find out the shortages by printing the shortages sheet using scanner and the printer. • Stock all the kits in the warehouse and scan the position into the scanner for pickup to the final assembly areas, • Use of pallet jack to pull kits from one area to another. • Pulling the SMT kits from the main and pallet racks warehouse. • Put the all the reels pulled according to the required groups. • Print the packing list after finishing pulling and attach to the working orders. • Clean the working areas before and after the shift and use of 5s as required. • Pull whole ot parts of the job as requested in the line. • Help in the window when the team lead is on the other job assignment or vacation • Operate JLG to pull kits from higher pallet rack • Use proper pallet jack • Perform any other activities as directed by the team or supervisor
