  • Managed a team of 35 (11 inhouse/24 @station level) accounts receivable analyst. Responsible for over one million USD portfolio containing customers such as: Diageo, PDVSA, William Sonoma, Proctor & Gamble, MLB
  • Portfolio at 24% over 60/180 DPD when I started, decreased to 13% within 4 months
  • Increased the amount of cash flow coming in from my region to about $500K more than previous rate.
  • I monitored 180+ bad debt accounts on a daily basis and ensured my team was in active communications with these clients to bring down the bad debt
  • I monitored my analyst calls and amount of calls they were making to improve performance on the team.
  • Due to resource constraints I was asked to continue my responsibilities as 2nd party Supervisor
  • Though team was cut to only 4 analysts, I was able to maintain satisfactory performance on a monthly basis.
  • I am a team player, so even though I was working extra hours and from home, I didn’t want to have my monthly results drop.
  • At the same time I had to motivate my remaining 4 analyst to continue their 2nd party duties along with their current duties.
  • In February 2009, my office was announced that all finance operations were to be moved to Chennai, IN. Transition for this would start immediately.
  • Though I was disappointed at corporate actions, I understood it was a business decisions that needed to be made in order to keep a company successful and efficient.
  • With an open mind I motivated my team to stay on task, continue to do their jobs, and begin to develop work/flow charts in order to make transition as smooth as possible.
  • Specific accounts have different ways it could be attacked so flow charts had to be developed.
  • Creating more incentive to keep all analyst motivated, office morale was obviously down so keeping employees motivated became difficult.
  • Writing out all SOP (stand operating procedures) so it could be transitioned to Chennai.
  • Employees form Chennai began to arrive mid May to learn procedures and daily task of our office.
  • I was appointed as one of the lead trainers due to my daily task in both Western and 2nd Party Supervisor.
  • Mock situations were brought up and I was to critique Indian employees during their training.
  • Spent 4 weeks in Chennai, IN on site to give Indian employee’s hands on experiences with actual calls and duties.
