- Work as an engineering technician supporting quadcopter (DJI) and drone payload buildup
- Assemble Lidar and another payload sensor into an in-house designed payload package
- Lidar sensor payload has various ranges from entry-level to advanced-level systems to support photogrammetry collection
- Work with production team to assemble LiDAR payload, program mission specific profile to the payload, test, validate and write report to lead engineer, product manager and program director as necessary
- Perform quality inspection, troubleshooting any issues occurring during flight test before deployment
- Perform cable assembly, connector, or circuit board soldering, building cable using soldering or crimping method by following the harnesses assembly instructions
- Use a multimeter or cable tester tool to verify cable assembly is correct
- Independently execute production orders and perform visual and quality checks before shipping products to customers

- Perform microcontroller programming using a board test fixture with the provided program file
- Analys and reports faulty systems or test issues to the responsible engineer
