This was an assignment on a combined Medical Surgical/ Critical Care/ Transplant/Preop/Post Op and ICU unit. Nurses employed on this unit had to flow between and care for patients within each entity of this unit.

• Oversaw various aspects of telemetry by administering pa catheters and arterials, vasoactive drugs, titration, thrombolytic therapy, dysrhythmia interpretation, and chest tubes.

• Conducted patient assessments, recorded vitals, and analyzed records and charts to define care requirements.
