As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a private client, I provided comprehensive care by monitoring restorative and clinical programs, including bowel and bladder care, and performing essential tasks such as grooming, hygiene, range-of-motion exercises, and proper body alignment. I recorded vital signs three times daily, maintained detailed meal documentation, and administered prescribed medications on schedule. Additionally, I ensured a clean and safe environment by sanitizing equipment and living spaces while prioritizing the client’s comfort, health, and independence.

As a special needs caregiver, I provided compassionate support and care for individuals with disabilities, working with an average of three clients per day in both one-on-one and group settings. I offered emotional and behavioral assistance, conducted individualized and group activities tailored to learning needs, and ensured a safe and engaging environment during play and daily routines. I prepared nutritious snacks and meals to meet clients' dietary needs and closely monitored their activities to ensure safety and wellness. Additionally, I was trained to respond to emergencies, administering CPR and first aid, including care for epileptic patients when necessary. My role focused on fostering a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for clients to thrive.

I worked with Aloha Care, supporting two young patients with mental illness and high-functioning disabilities. My role focused on providing emotional support, fostering a safe and understanding environment, and encouraging healthy activities to promote overall well-being. I assisted with daily routines, facilitated engaging activities, and offered guidance to help the patients build confidence and independence. This position required patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to their emotional and physical health.
