• Processing and analyzing mass genomic data through requests from labs across the country.
• Serving as a developer/maintainer for multiple biomedical software pipelines running on Mount Sinai’s high-performance-computing cluster: DNA/RNA analysis platform, RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq pipelines.

• Developing pipelines and analytical maps for advanced processing and down-stream analysis.

• Creating analytic pipelines for efficient mass-data analysis. Computing and analyzing various genetic and biological data on R, Python, Linux. Performing data visualization and communication with other scientists.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex mass-genetics data.
• Utilizing various computational tools such as RNA-seq, samtools, edgeR, snakemake, limma, Picard, ggplot2 to deal with data types including fastq and bams.

• Graduate student research in the dry lab: Raj Lab, the member of Ronald Loeb Center for Alzheimer’s Disease under Icahn Institute.
• Constructing multiple pipelines for various analyses on big data genomics and molecular biology to obtain a system-level understanding of neurodegenerative diseases.
• Full thesis written and defensed; currently on pre-print in Nature communication.

• Undergrad Researcher in a year-long project on Neurosurgery System. The project was executed through MOU between Cooper Union Mechanical Engineering Department and Mount Sinai BioDesign.
• Performed a major part of research and development, including multiple CAD designs, simulations, research, and analysis.

• As the lead of the powertrain (Drivetrain, Fuel, Cool, Swifter, and more) team, I led various team projects over the subsystems. Entered the 2019(onsite) and 2020 (online)FSAE Michigan International race as Powertrain system lead of Cooper FSAE team.
• Performed multiple tasks, including designing, calculating, and simulating software for various aspects of race car optimization.

• Participated in analyzing and designing bearing systems at the request of Hyundai and Kia
• Conducted and presented research on the structures, constructed computational simulations, and worked with a team of R&D engineers on site.

• Afterschool science tutor in CPC Pike St. SACC at P.S. 2 for the fall semester, under the employment of NYAS-ASMP.
