Over 25years of experience in Footwear from companies in Asia and US companies in the industry we are in. I started my career as a footwear developer in South Korea and then moved to China to work for Creative Recreation as a country manager after working in another footwear company. After working at CR for several years, I took the opportunity to come to U.S. and worked for HUF to oversee all of footwear development and manufacturing and when Lakai became a sister brand, I took on Lakai’s footwear too. Worked to KSGB as Director of R&D and Fit & Wear Tests. My primary goal and responsibility are to work with our footwear product teams including Asia developers and technicians to make good quality and good fitting shoes. Working to BBC, prototyping, collaboration with designers and deep knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and creating high-performance footwear. My unique experience in both factory side and brand side and my passion for footwear will contribute to elevating our footwear quality and design.
