- Support U.S. Statistical reporting by completing BEA surveys (BE-605, BE-12, BE-15, BE-185) and U.S. Census economic census filings in compliance with Department of Commerce requirements.
- Validate regulatory data by reconciling reported balances to source systems, identifying discrepancies, and resolving variances through detailed analytical review.
- Coordinate with Operations to verify monthly deposits, loans, and off-balance sheet activities to ensure complete and accurate reporting.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring alignment between operational activities and general ledger balances.
- Prepare monthly performance analysis for both IFRS and U.S. GAAP reporting, including profit trends, variance analysis, and key account movements for management and headquarters.
- Prepare IFRS-based financial reporting packages for the Korea headquarters, including monthly closing, liquidity, interest rate gap, and maturity reports.
- Prepare supplementary IFRS supporting documentation and GAAP-to-IFRS conversion mapping materials upon request.
- Support the Controller with month-end close through account analysis, documentation preparation, and maintaining audit-ready financial records.
- Process OFAC-cleared outgoing wire data by uploading transactions into Fedwire/Fedline and preparing transfer documentation for managerial approval.
- Reconcile outgoing wires by verifying transaction counts and total amounts, and identifying any rejected or exception items.
- Prepare daily report reconciliation by reviewing Treasury-provided bank statements and confirming outgoing transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with Operations and Treasury teams to gather data for regulatory filings and financial reporting, and coordinate with Compliance to ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all submitted materials.
