- Value Stream Map - Conducted time study of whole process from planning to delivery to customer. Created the 2021 version of value stream map of main product line: Sterallex.
- Line Balancing: Conducted time study with analysis of machine time/manual time/idle machine processing time for PTA catheter line. Based on the data, the new line balance resulted 30% cycle time reduction.
