Key Achievements

Compliance : Master Work Order executed for Snow Removal & Landscape categories with the 3 largest suppliers in the US & Canada (USD$175 MM combined spend).

Cost Savings : Creation and launch of a 3-year regional strategy and tender roadmap to address all business lines and facilitate scale. Negotiated two discounts as part of this Master Work Order, Annual Spend Discount & Annual Scope Efficiency Discount with a total savings impact of US $15MM annually.

Cost Avoidance : US $760K for Landscape category. Negotiated the fuel surcharge down to 2% from the proposed 10% and thus provide a 8% Cost Avoidance for the Category up until end of 2025.

Diversity & Small Business Spend: Partnered with Amazon's Supplier Diversity & Inclusion team to support two of the Snow Removal category's largest suppliers in the US & Canada with getting them certified as Diverse suppliers. Led the sourcing initiative to onboard Diverse & Small business suppliers for the Fire & Life Safety category and was successful in bringing on two National suppliers which now contribute 10% of the category's total spend for 2023.
