I started out as a general laborer, and as I learned the trade, I worked my way up to crew leader. After learning the logistics and fabrication process, I was promoted to shop supervisor, where I lead the crew in the fabrication of all steel building materials that were to be used in the erection process. In tandem, I supervised the crew on the construction site where the buildings were being erected.
