  • My duties include cleaning, sanitizing and sterilizing Patient Wards, COVID ward, Operating Rooms, Intervention Radiology, Cath Lab Medical Beds, Administrative areas, Offices, Specialty Clinics, Community Living Centers, Laboratories, Pathology, Pharmacies, Dietetics, Psychiatric Wards, with two step cleaning process and Terminal Cleaning.
  • Implements Clorox UV light for infectious control purposes in the terminal cleaning process.
  • Transport general refuse regulated medical waste and recycling to central collection areas following established procedures for waste management.
  • Clean restrooms, bathrooms and shower rooms, ensuring they meet acceptable standards.
  • Move and arrange furniture, patient wardrobes, beds etc. in your assigned area.
  • Provide bed making services inpatient care areas.
  • Clean mattresses, springs, and bed frames daily.
  • Clean bedside stands, over bed lighting, blood pressure cuffs, bed tables, etc. in patient rooms.
  • Remove soiled bags of linen from patient rooms and transport to the soiled laundry room.
