  • Led M&S for the HALO program before its cancellation (2/2025) and subsequently led M&S for PMA-201, focusing primarily on LRASM.
  • Developed a robust Modeling & Simulation Strategy for the HALO program and presented to program leadership.
  • Oversaw multiple M&S labs based out of China Lake (FXTPO).
  • Directed and received analysis work done by non-government organizations including GTRI and JHU/APL.
