I was recruited to help this Class A property get back on track after all staff were terminated. We managed to exceed occupancy expectations achieving 97 percent occupancy. The Property closed sale in June 2022. I was then transferred to another property to help with their due diligence. It was a very thorough process being the property was built in 93 and we managed to close sale of the property in Oct 2022.
Daily duties include:
Print and organize the work orders
Ordering parts and facility materials
Establish a schedule to augment trash duties and make readies
Execute work orders
Working with my to Maintenance Supervisor to push for rapid property improvement
Helping to facilitate big picture needs of my Property Manager
I Helped bring this property up to 97 percent from 40 percent during Lease up, Going above and beyond to execute service for my tenants. Served as interim Supervisor during employee turnover. I was a integral part of the due diligence for the property sale process. The property closed sale in July of 2021.
