Responsible for: school discipline, management and supervision of the custodial and maintenance staff and management and supervision of security personnel. Also responsible for evaluating caseload of instructional staff, using the Danielson model. Facilitator of school improvement. Facilitator of the behavioral threat assessment team. Also responsible for the organization of commencement and other reward ceremonies, including the Senior All Night Party. District-wide responsibilities included restorative practice facilitator, member of the district school safety team, bargaining/negotiations team member, and various hiring duties. Also tasked with the mentorship of fellow administrators.

Also responsible for the organization of commencement and other reward ceremonies, including the Senior All Night Party. Responsible for day to day operation of building. Responsible for evaluating caseload of instructional staff, using the Danielson model. Facilitator of school improvement and the PBIS teams. Facilitator of the behavioral threat assessment team. District-wide responsibilities included restorative practice facilitator, member of the district school safety team, bargaining/negotiations team member, and various hiring duties.
