Ian Hansen

I am an administrative assistant to both the head of A&R and an artist/producer manager. The role of this includes coordinating meetings, running various spreadsheets, and helping with miscellaneous tasks. I also run our three recording studios, which includes scheduling studio sessions and maintaining the rooms. Lastly, I run the administrative work on our film and TV department. This role includes curating music for sync briefs and maintaining good relationships with the agencies.

• Scouted undiscovered artists and producers to become potential clients for Hallwood along with organizing beat packs for major artists in the music industry.
• Set up and closed down their studio along with helping out in sessions.
• Performed various consultancy tasks around office.

• Listen to artist submissions for potential coverage and give constructive feedback on what it takes to make hit records.
• Work with publicists, A&Rs, and managers to coordinate coverage with their respective clients along with conducting interviews and write-ups.
