- Cloning, transformation, and mini- and midipreps for are conducted to produced engineered plasmids. These plasmids are also will also be sequenced check via Tn5.
- Utilizing a variety of plasmids, suspension cultures were transected to produce protein, then purified to be used with lipid nanoparticles fo analysis in the delivery of these particles to different locations in vivo.
- To monitor the gene editing rates of our plasmids, adherent mammalian cells (HEKs) are transfected, then analyzed using next gen sequencing.
