Summary

Dear ESRC team,

I currently work at Boeing as an Aircraft Structures Mechanic on the 777 Metal Wing Panel Build-Up Team. In this role, I assemble large metal wing panels using cranes, specialized tooling, and various hand and power tools. My responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, aligning structural components, installing fasteners, and ensuring all work meets strict safety and quality standards. I work with precision and consistency in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with quality inspectors and other teams to identify and resolve issues during the build process.

In just one year, I’ve nearly mastered my current scope of work and have consistently demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the assembly process. I’m now seeking a more collaborative and challenging opportunity within Boeing—one that allows me to grow further, work closely with others, and contribute in a more team-driven, problem-solving capacity.
