I lead a team of five professional educators responsible for the continual assessment, improvement, and effective delivery of an eight-month strategic leadership improvement curriculum to students from all branches of the US military, foreign militaries, and members of the Executive and Judicial branches of the US Government
We effectively balance year-round education to three simultaneous classes averaging 15 students per class helping them to reach true maximum potential
To date, my team has expertly delivered 5,870 hours of student contact time via virtual and in-resident professional strategic leadership education to 126 US and International military and government leaders, senior managers, and VP level service members and civilian counterparts
Our curriculum educates our students serving in upper management roles on strategic focus and improved effective leadership practices
Our team delivers this curriculum through multiple methodologies/technologies and platforms consisting of both remote/on-line (24 weeks) and in-resident (34 days) learning

Led the onboarding, training, and overseas mobilization of an Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) Team comprised of 24 employees and $7M in mission critical equipment, that effectively met and exceeded national security objectives in the Strait of Hormuz and throughout the Persian Gulf.
I ensured successful mission execution through effective collaboration with US allies and partner nations, met all company KPIs, and demonstrated our full operational capabilities during our mobilized operations in the middle east.
While mobilized I planned, coordinated, and led the UUV division through three vital multi-national training exercises with international military partners from the UK, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egyptian military forces which strengthened US-to-International military interoperability and enhanced stability throughout the Middle East region.

Led, coordinated, and provided logistical synchronization for 25 employees and nine tons of mission essential equipment during overseas mobilization to the Horn of Africa
This enabled my company to successfully conduct 11 critical international partnership training exercises ventures, including inaugural ventures/engagements to/with Somalia, Ethiopia, and Manda Bay Kenya which directly improved the operational effectiveness/readiness of 4.3K international partner nation soldiers and bolstering US National security objectives
Additionally, I was responsible for managing the daily operational requirements for 12 cross-functional teams at three remote work sites as well as editing and processing 71 employee and lower-level manager’s annual performance evaluations to provide vital recognition and promotion recommendations for these employees
Mentored four junior VPs throughout their military professional certification process and was a chairperson of eleven military technical certifications boards
Coordinated the planning and collaboration efforts between six different military units for their annual Corporate Leadership Training to ensure the highest quality training for 24 newly promoted senior managers and prepared them for their new role as leaders on cross functional teams.

The annual student quotas of 1,435 students completed 200 hours of incident free highly technical/high-risk training and curriculum
Orchestrated the development of a groundbreaking 3D printing and fabrication program within his division which produced 225 inert training aids devices, saving the school over $10K in acquisition costs and reduced routine maintenance and inventory labor time by 40-man hours per quarter
Instituted a weekly employee mentorship program that provided 42 hours of professional development, training, and leadership counseling to 315 joint service officers and enlisted personnel
Saved $150K in contracting cost and improved quality of service for his division by organizing inter-division work efforts to completely renovate the division’s 23K sqft training facility
