In my career history I tend to stand out for my work ethic and willing attitude to teach and develop my teammates enriching the productivity and overall work environment. I often take on leadership roles and accept more responsibility not simply because it furthers my career, but because it makes the situation better for all. In leadership roles my goal is to make my coworkers enjoy doing the job well. I became a first responder because the company needed them even though it offered no compensation. The people needed more so I volunteered.
