In this capacity I over saw the data bases and the information entered into the databases. I was in charge of overseeing the data for nineteen agencies, and in this capacity I aided in cleaning and monitoring the data entered from each of the agencies, creating and pulling unique reports for these agencies ranging from age, ethnicity, income, family size, job status, language etc. Doing forensic analysis of the thousands of lines of data looking for data errors and anomalies. I helped craft and design a training manual as well as a series of training videos to train the agencies on the databases.
