  • Leverage Talent Intelligence tools to develop and present market/competitive information to hiring managers and recruiters, provide ongoing updates on industry trends and the available talent market
  • Engage with top-tier talent and understand their drivers, match to open roles and sell them on opportunities at Vertex; act as an advocate for candidates while concurrently serving as a talent advisor to hiring managers/teams
  • Guide prospective unicorn/purple squirrel candidates through the interview process and ensure a great candidate experience, building relationships and trust to open the doors for future opportunities if prospects do not receive offers; Negotiate with and close candidates in partnership with recruiting partners
  • Utilize Workday, Beamery, Seekout, Boolean/X-Ray search, and other sources to find talent
  • Assist with implementation and adoption of CRM (Beamery) as a superuser and trainer
  • Craft and operationalize sourcing and recruiting strategies for supported business units; partner with Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging teams to ensure a unified approach and metrics capture and reporting
  • Develop, build, and deliver training on sourcing strategy and execution; implement metrics tracking and reporting
