• Operated Scissor lifts, Boom lifts, And Man lifts both indoors and outdoors, While retaining communication and co-operation with local traffic enforcement and other unions.

-Executed the demolition of discarded movie sets and loaded waste into dumpsters, while communicating with a teamster on a forklift

-Stayed available for overtime hours and early calls to accommodate production schedules

-Trained new grips on safe practices for lifting heavy objects and securing loads for transportation

-Cut, trimmed and ground meats such as beef, pork, and poultry to prepare for packaging and sale.

-Maintained high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to strict sanitation regulations within the butcher shop.

-Practiced good communication skills with customers, going as far as remembering names/orders of my regulars, and being sure to provide them with the highest quality products while informing them of promotions and sale pricing

- Responsible for closing shop and sanatizing all shop equipment at the the end of the night ( bandsaws. grinders, shredders, cutting tables, and main counter)

- Made sure the shelves were fully stocked and presentable at all times

-Labeled meat items clearly and accurately with allergen information and expiration dates.

-Used Electronic systems to document quantity of meat received and sold to keep proper records of meat sales.
