Monitor the die to identify possible issues. Inspect finished materials for possible issues or damages. Keep tract on your production. Keep area cleaned.

• Capsules received from the Dryer are treated in the treatment room.
• Product is first Inspected then Shifted.
• Next, product is Zwick Tested and Visual tested.
• Next Product is Blended and Combined.
• Final step, Product is sent to the Penelope machine for another shifting.
• Product is then Packaged and Palletized.

• Receive Products (packets), Sort packets, and Ship Packets.

• Disconnect and Decommissioned old printers.
• Install new HP MFP's Laser Jet printers Local Connect or Network connect the new ones according the old configuration.
• Troubleshoot any installation issue.
• Train end users with the new equipment.

• Analyze old computers, decommissioned unsalable ones.
• Troubleshoot, and Break / fix Salable ones, install operating System and other Software when necessary.

• Extensive PC repair, Laptops and Desktops Troubleshoot.
• System Upgrade, Deep Virus Cleaning, Software installation.
• Screen replacement.
• Ram upgrade, network Card.

• Tracking Manufacturing Line Performance on an hourly basis.
• Downtimes recording.
• Track Machines failures on each Line.
• Assist setting up product changes.
• Ensure that GMP practices and Food Safety are being implemented.
• Help employees in the production process and Actively corporate with USD personnel.
• Work on time management and Continuous Improvement.
