- Onboarding new Employees /Contractors and vendors.

- Plan and implement employee/Contractor training and development programs.

- Invoice Processing : Oversee the receipt , verification and processing of invoices from customers and vendors.

- Payment processing : Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and Customers.

- Double check and take care of the orders until the shipping is done

- Verify the quantity, colors, references and quality of the products.

- Tracking and Reporting quality concerns identified.

- Determine and implement corrective actions.

- Training new people

- Collect environmental data through fieldwork, surveys, and research to support environmental assessments and evaluations.

- Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments for projects, including data gathering, analysis, and preparation of reports.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental assessments and compliance efforts. Prepare and organize reports and documents for regulatory submissions.

- Participate in fieldwork activities, such as site visits and environmental monitoring, to gather data and assess project sites.

- Assist and coordinate in the realization of HSE (Health Safety Environment)

- Update the solid waste mapping of the company.

- Identify opportunities for improvement regarding waste management.

- Assess the air quality in the production site.

- Inventory of the site's various workshops.

- Establishment of an evacuation plan for personnel in the event of danger.

- General study of the situation of waste collection in the city .

- Survey to measure the satisfaction of the inhabitants in relation to the service of the municipality.

- Determine and implement corrective actions to ensure a good management of waste in the city.
